Good luck saving for a 46,000 dollar down payment for your avg 230,000 house on 30-50k a year. Just incase you haven’t heard you cannot get a loan today without putting 20% down, because of the sub prime mess.

I beg to differ, skyw is not an entry level job, flight instructing maby, or flying freight etc.
