What you're ACTUALLY doing is THEIR JOB of getting you home.

Nice that you can jigger the deal so CRT runs while you're at home. Nice for YOU. But make no mistake, you're relieving the company of the burden to return you home.

You're helping yourself (first) and the company (second). To hell with everyone else.

These are the sort of internal rationalizations that will stop when we look ourselves in the mirror and ask ourselves: Who am I helping? Myself? The Company? Or my Colleagues.

Just because you *think* you're sticking it to the company with your CRT running at home doesn't mean you're actually SHOPing.

That's just looking out for yourself.
