You're helping yourself (first) and the company (second). To hell with everyone else.

These are the sort of internal rationalizations that will stop when we look ourselves in the mirror and ask ourselves: Who am I helping? Myself? The Company? Or my Colleagues.

Just because you *think* you're sticking it to the company with your CRT running at home doesn't mean you're actually SHOPing.

That's just looking out for yourself.

How do you figure that I am relieving the company sending me home? I still get my GW travel home of which they are contractually obligated to give me. I follow the CBA to the letter.

What would you have me do??? Stay on my DH, stay on the delayed airplane is this example to help my colleagues rather than get back to base earlier and get paid for the extension without actually suffering the loss?

This is just matter of fact, I am not planning it this way nor am "jiggering" it to help myself out.

Dogpile all you want but I don't do anything contrary to the CBA and I leverage all of our allowances including GW. I have never waived GW travel.
