To give some extra perspective to this, my first year at Atlas I made over 100K and the next year and so on. Those years were along time ago and under our old and first contract. When the company forced this POS contract on us they cried like babies that it was going to cost them a fortune to give us CRT etc and the company cannot compete blah blah blah. Fast forward to now and we have first officers flying wide body jets around this planet working harder than I remember that I did and somehow making far less a decade and a half later. The moral of this story is don't believe the multi millionaire money grabbing suits that run this company when they say they can't pay us our worth and compete in this market. They are sad and very greedy school of Lorenzo dinosaurs.
