Your overall TT is fairly low, but if you can get 1K TPIC within the next 1.5-2 years, I'd stay right where you are at! Now if you are not flying
very much, perhaps consider getting on with a regional or LCC that has quick upgrade and/or flow... You are hedging your bets on timing versus quals. TPIC is a golden asset.
