Pilots who have been flying long enough to qualify for a job at ANY legacy carrier (Or LCC for that matter) have already proven themselves many many, times. And if their attitude sucked that bad, they would have already been weeded out. The question is if they fit the COMPANY CULTURE. That's what they are really looking for. I know with absolute certainty I'd never fit in at Delta. And i'm okay with that. I'd never be happy there. Some are definitely cut to that mold.
Why do you have a rudder hard over with Delta?
