Some of the pilots were still thinking about what to ask as they were talking. Lots of umm or uhh going on in those questions.
I was looking at DL, AA and United Captain A320 pay scales. Year 3 is $246-$247. Our ask is $196. Top captain ask of DOS is $237 while that is essentially junior Captain pay at the big three. No real comment just a simple comparison. Pay scales are listed on APC and is common knowledge.
