But is that bad? I think its exactly as expected. The company will either push this to the 11th hour or actually allow us to strike. We've communicated our willingness to do so, we've done our jobs...it is the company which is painting itself in bad light and simply giving us more ammo and the NMB less reason not to release us sooner than later.
1.5% for LOA 67...AFTER the arbitrator told them to negotiate...yeah the NMB will love that.
Don't be surprised if Frontier ends up convincing the NMB to schedule more sessions beyond September. Be ready financially for a strike, but emotionally for this to drag on.
