Domestic. For now there isn't any truly international (outside CONUS) flying in the IND or MEM 767 bidpacks.
Trip lengths range from 1 to 7 days but looking at that alone isn't going to give you much info. It's not a pax airline schedule. Most lines have the work days during the week. You might have a line with 5 individual single day hub turns Mon-Fri, but with just a few hours in the hub between trips, it will essentially be a 5 day trip.
