They will have bites for sure but you'll be at the bottom of the CA list for a few years, maybe more as senior FOs keep bumping you down. I'm pretty sure not many senior FOs will sell their soul for 20k extra. It's very very hard to go from great schedules to having no life. I also have a feeling that guys that jump at this will not be around more than 12 months as the schedules and lack of seniority will be too much.
