Just question for jetblue guys. My goal's jetblue and I'm coming up close to mins for regional. I got info that somehow guys from cape air transition to Jetblue. And, I see that cape air actually has ATR 121 based out of guam. If I proceed with that route, would I still be competitive compared to guys that have jet time?

The guys you hear of coming from Cape Air are part of an Aviation University Bridge program. I don't believe we have had any Cape Air guys come to JB without being part of that program. That being said the ATR flying in Guam would be looked at as any other 121 flying. Haven't looked lately but JB might require/prefer some jet time....if that is still the case a US regional with jets might be the way to go.
