here. Sadly, per diem is included in there too. This breakdown is with 1st year FO pay only and despite the ridiculous things included as "compensation", the numbers seem fairly realistic.
See 26.L.4 regarding vacancy awards. This information is only required to be provided to the MEC Chairman if requested and on a "periodic basis", whatever that means. So the union is the official place for us to seek this information. The company was never required to share the vacancy awards with us on the message board as they had been doing. It was a courtesy. Hopefully all the impatient comments on there lately haven't prompted them to retract that courtesy.
