I spent it waiting to get through 9 months of training, the company failed on their end of the bargain. I'm not sure how I will pay it back because I simply do not have it. My gut feeling told me to walk back in January and return the bonus when we received our May sim schedule. It is sad the Management in North Olmsted is so overwhelmed that they are beating down the faithful remaining pilot crews they have. I wish everyone the best of luck who are sticking with it, but I cannot refer anyone to this company after what I have experienced. In fact I will tell them to go somewhere else and don't look back.
