Second, regarding your comment about the stockholders, one of the big reasons the middle class of America is eroding is that companies are too worried about pleasing stockholders every quarter instead of planning for the long term success of the company. If the company I work for is more concerned with pleasing the stockholders instead of the long term success of the company, well then you have a problem if you are an employee there.
Well for the record, he did come to our new hire class as well as all the other management folks.
So if I drive my truck into a mud hole, instead of figuring out how to jack it up, put wood under the tires, get a winch or a buddy to pull me out - I'll just say *&^$ it and leave the truck there, wasn't any good anyway !
Question - did you ever stop and wonder how out of all the airlines that operate 50 seaters that Rjet is the only one that couldn't do it profitably ? You really want to put blind faith into leadership/management that is the only regional incapable of operating 50 seaters profitably?
