I got a check for approximately 10-11% of the flying I did...Not for the difference in pay for the flying I did. Full retro would have been the difference in pay from the new rates to the old rates times the hours I flew...the SWA Retro wasn't even close to that...and it was called a bonus.
Maybe it was the 100+ pilots who quit SWA last year to go to a legacy that made management change their minds...we will never know
EDIT: the article you quote says "Pilots will also receive retroactive pay to cover missed wages during the negotiations" that is true, we received retro pay..SOME retro pay not 100%...anyone who says otherwise is a KOOLIAD drinker who probably wears a flag tie, or just really bad at math.
