The priority is Delta, Endeavor, other DC carriers then OAL for the Delta jumpseat.
Once I bumped a SkyWest guy. Apparently it's a relic of the days when Compass was Delta exclusive. At least that's what a gate agent said at the time, it was almost a year ago.
