We have a good QOL and we're fighting hard to retain that and get our deserved raises. If you live in base QOL can be great not just good. I'd say with your times not only are you competitive but I'd also go as far as to say you may have an upper hand. No disrespect to you at all but with a degree and your experience your a better candidate for a legacy. Without it they know your chances of leaving are much slimmer and will probably go out of they're way to hire you. The contract will be resolved hopefully sooner rather than later. But there are question marks as to what kind of QOL items we'll be able to keep. Good luck and hope you get the call
