For guys new to 121, the reason for ZERO schedule flexibility is that you will not be able to drop or even swap trips. The reserve level is set and if there is a net NEGATIVE reserve level, that basically shuts down the ability to make schedule changes. The negative reserve level has been the case for most of this year.

Sample schedule
4 On
2 Off

Plan on 5 four day trips per month.
Plan on 11 days off per month.

Would the same be true of Houston or Dallas bases?
Also how many do they need/plan to hire to alleviate the problem? Are they filling classes now?

Thx
