IAD scheduling is severely understaffed. You will not get days you want or need off. You have ZERO schedule flexibility. You will be scheduled to the FAA maximum of close to 100 hours.

For guys new to 121, the reason for ZERO schedule flexibility is that you will not be able to drop or even swap trips. The reserve level is set and if there is a net NEGATIVE reserve level, that basically shuts down the ability to make schedule changes. The negative reserve level has been the case for most of this year.
