There are more lines in CLT this month than last, and more captains assigned to CLT as well. We are supposedly taking over RJET's flying out of CLT because mainline needs the gates back that the 175s are taking up.
AA is slowly cutting RJET out of the picture. I doubt they will still fly for AA in a few years, but they will not be the next to go. Someone else will lose their AA flying first.
