I just find it amusing that everyone thinks it was the junior guys that pushed this thing through when in reality it was the lifers that are completely disconnected from the industry that think it was a good deal.
I believe that it was the super senior guys as well as the new hires that were yes voters. The lifers did it because it was one more small piece of the pie that they can nibble on into retirement. And the new hires did it because their instructors in SLC told them they had to vote yes.
