I dunno about his situation, but I'm close enough to flowing it would be dumb for me to leave. Although, I'd say without SAP...PSA is below average. If I was in the bottom half or bottom third of the seniority list and we lost SAP I would probably go to Envoy or Piedmont for the much quicker flow. Piedmont is flowing about the same amount of pilots each month as we are, yet they're about a third of our size. Flow at PSA is almost pointless if you're in the bottom half of the seniority list. But like I said, SAP makes up for it. I commute from a city that only has 2 flights a day to CLT. If I had to start all over again and every other regional opened a base in my hometown I would STILL commute to CLT strictly for SAP. Reserve blows, but once you get past that it's smooth sailing.
