Curious--am I reading it correctly where 65 crj 200's are being transferred from American Eagle to United and AWAC is hiring 400 pilots or so in the next year or two? If those planes are already flying with AA, why are so many additional pilots coming on with no "growth"?

We lost a lot of pilots before company announced the United CPA. Our roster used to be 700+ and downed to around 450. I think we're around 500 now, and slowly increasing.
