i cant speak for the whole fleet but I have a friend on the SF and he was saying around 12 months IF (there is always an IF) you go in with around 1000 hours because you need somewhere around 2200 tt I think it was so if you get hired with 400 you can not upgrade regardless of seniority.

I can not speak for the 1900 but I have heard around 6-8 months but like I said, heard it not very reliable information

upgrades on the Q are 3200tt and I believe waiverable to 2700
