I have a few questions about being a junior FO at Compass (QOL, pay, domicile, etc). If anybody can give me some information I would greatly appreciate:

The Compass website says Phoenix is opening in 2017. Will it be feasible for a junior FO to get domiciled in PHX?

How long does it currently take to get off reserve?

What is the commuter policy like?

What is the realistic upgrade to captain in the E170/E190?
