The scary part is there is zero new first officers according to that notice.

Edit: If the company was smart they would run mass upgrades while right seat qualifying. This would stack the Captain reserve list with pilots that can sit in either seat. It gives them an abundance of pilots with only 11 (12) days off a month and has the added bonus of lowing upgrade and first officer reserve times. Having been at a place that used this very effectively I'm surprised this isn't the strategy.
