For you, $100k a year is fine as a 10 yr FO with no upgrade in sight... I cannot recall if you have kids or not, but that also makes a huge difference on perspective.

Many have a wife who make very little, and multiple kids to attend to. To those types, NJA could be a negative place with little to offer. You always say NJA works for you and your familia ( ok pretty much every post you make says this ) But the reason is may work for you and your familia is because of your situation.
