For you, $100k a year is fine as a 10 yr FO with no upgrade in sight... I cannot recall if you have kids or not, but that also makes a huge difference on perspective.
Many have a wife who make very little, and multiple kids to attend to. To those types, NJA could be a negative place with little to offer. You always say NJA works for you and your familia ( ok pretty much every post you make says this
) But the reason is may work for you and your familia is because of your situation.
I totally agree , I left K4 and the 747's which I loved and returned post furlough to NETJETS because NJA worked better for mia familia, (then my wife and daughter, now with my baby boy added into the mix). We are a 2 pilot family, our particular symbiosis functions well with me on the 7&7, (76 day during maternity leave : ). ) and my girl flying as little as possible at SWA. We are happy, God's grace. This place isn't for everybody, but in the current environment it doesn't have to be, EVERYBODY is hiring.
