I have hard time believing anyone would skip us because of the first year pay. Crappy schedules, night flying, hazmat, domiciles, sure. ..but first year pay? If you average out the first two years the pay is definitely "livable." Could it be better? Absolutely. However for someone to give up on a great career strictly because of the 1st year pay just doesn't seem to be very logical?
