Except it won't be waved in front of them. Maybe a total of an additional 10-12K would be if this POS was TA'd (which it won't be). $55 an hour and maybe a 3K signing bonus for a first year comes nowhere close to 85k.

They can cry all they want, they knew what the pay was when they signed on, hoping for a better contract. There are plenty that are staying and they aren't paying those that want to leave by signing a substandard contract.

Nice try though. 85K, Lol....
