I don't get it- entitlement is a good thing when it comes to your profession. We have studied hard, prepped for interview, trained hard and work hard. For the most part, we take pride in our jobs, and do a good job. We have a tremendous amount of responsibility- a doctor, for instance, has only 1 life in his hands at a time; we at the regional level have up to 100 at a time depending on equipment. In a day we may take 3-400 people from point A-B safely. And when the SH*T hits the fan, we are the ones to draw on our experience and background.
ENTITLED??? It ain't a bad word when it comes to my paycheck, scoffing at the amount and wanting more. Entitlement ain't a bad word for me, and it shouldn't be for you either.
SO:
HECK YES I'M ENTITLED. I AM A CLUB MEMBER.
I AM ENTITLED.
