Just had interview on Sept 21st. got an offer, they said they were overstaffed by 200 pilots currently. Hence also why they are telling appx 8-10 months to get down to coast in Texas to finish the RTP. Crazy waiting that long...
I don't know who exactly they meant were overstaffed, but I can assure you Envoy is not overstaffed. Critical coverage every month, blanket denials of PVDs, junior manning, etc...I assume you mean Coast is over capacity?
