Bobo said plans to hire for the indefinite future. I believe he said 12 a month. We'll see if they stick with that number. Their track record isn't stellar. I won't defend the jacked up hiring process so lets move past that.

One does have to ask, why is attrition low resulting in extremely long upgrades? Because the job is sooo horrible????
