Because those that upgraded after maybe six months on property, and contractually prevented from downgrade when we furloughed nearly 500, are doing a whole lot better than those who are looking at a 15+ year upgrade time.

SHRINKING? Whaaaaaaaaaat. Just because their are fewer pilots and planes doesn't mean that NetJets is shrinking.
I believe a truer measure of company growth would be "how many meetings take place at the VP or higher level to determine at what date M&Ms should not be kept as onboard standard stock."
