Actually, a lot more than 8 left. The scheduling/planners didn't update the seniority list. There are quite a few people that had left that were on the list still. It will correct itself in the next month or two.

That is why we have very small attrition months, followed by a huge month. It all evens out.

Including flows that are still on the list, there are more than 35 people on the last list that aren't on property anymore. Probably more than 40 by now.
