A better question is, how many people are miserable, and the answer to that is the vast majority. Having 13-15 year captains leave to go to SWA and UPS should be all the answers you need. How many 13 year UPS captains are leaving for other airline jobs?

Tons of UPS Captains are retiring EARLY, as in 61, 62, 63... Just flew with one last week. Asked him why he's going out now and he said,
"There is no way for me to spend the $200,000 per year retirement I have coming to me, so I might as well start trying now!"
