With the retirements and even with them hiring the 300 in 2018, 3000 pilots will never be reached. Probably never will happen.
Unless they do go with all 28 -8's and the other MWB purchase.
Spoken like a true senior pilot. I hope it never happens. It'll only open up Pandora's box for years and years worth of seniorty integration litigation. No matter what we all "think" should happen in the end it's always an arbitrator who decides. A decision that comes years and years later and is typically frowned upon.. No thanks for pilot's from both airlines' sake.
