Spoke with them for a bit then, and after submitting application online, got an email invite to skype interview the next day. Did that and received an offer before we hung up.
I’m an older corporate guy with lots of experi nice- no telling if they have any preference fo folks in my shoes.
I think their preference is anyone foolish or naive enough to apply right now.
Mesa recruiting is like that girl you meet on tinder who is alarmingly easy to get naked in your hotel room and you just scratch your head because you know your game isn't that good, and then you find out there's a reason she's that easy. That is basically the hiring process at Mesa for about the last four years.
