Please tell me your employee number so that I can bid avoid you from now.

Starting pay in 2007 was around $20/hr with no bonus', and some were not paid during training. That's 10 years ago.
So tell us all some more about how bad it is now compared to the "old" days.
Cool story, bruh. I started out flight instructing for $12 under horrendous living conditions, then got into 135 freight. No pay during training, no hotel provided, no transportation. Pay was $27k first year working over time. 24/7 in the middle of the night on call, reserve for one year. Maybe one or two jumpseating agreements and the benefits sucked. It was terrible. What the heck is your point though? We are in the here and now, and we still a have a plethora of QOL issues to fix. Our compensation is also nowhere near industry leading. Have a gander at the Endeavor forum and see their new TA and compare it to the turd that you voted yes to.

How is doubling your pay
That is nowhere near industry leading as it once was (was it ever? Probably not).

flying better equipment,
Try flying AA 200s.... You're obviously flying your comfy ERJ when you say that.

having more choices, and better airport food an "increasing trend of crappy QOL"?
More airport food choice options? HA HA HA HA HA you can't be serious, man.

If you really are in your 30's or 40's, and you are still this clueless, it's even more startling. If you are going to keep barking loud nonsense, you should at least admit to being a clueless millennial. That would excuse most of it.
Might want to check in at your local shrink...you got some issues, pal.
