People complaining about QOL seem like they want to retire from a regional and if that’s the case is a respectable choice but not my case or others I know. I used to work for a regional with “good QOL” and we were fired because we were expensive. So what’s the point on having the best health insurance or pay of you are going to be left without a job or placed in the farthest base from home.
