This is in reference to Displacement upgrades from
Junior to senior order. If the company forced an upgrade to someone who is a NH on airplane A and forces them to take a displacement upgrade on Airplane B.. that is waiving the training freeze for NH.. nobody is trying to bid jet to jet.. I am not trying to bid anything.. I have union members and management members telling us if there is unfilled vacancies you will be upgraded in reverse seniority order per 154G..
