This is what I was thinking too. There will be lots of hiring in the future and they can't be too picky. Unless I'm going for a legacy like AA, Delta, United, I should be ok. Of course, if I could find a way to get it done online for cheap, I'm all in.
Just so ya know... UPS and FDX have long been very top tier choices for pilots (high pay). So they will be at least as selective as the big three.
I wouldn't chance it, get a degree if you're serious. By the time you get there they won't be too picky about ivy league or military academies, any accredited online degree will do.
