Why would anyone from ASA go to SkyWest? The only reason I could think of is maybe some of our DTW guys since it is a junior base for SkyWest. Otherwise Endeavor makes much more sense. Higher payrates, fast upgrade time and a chance at career progression through the DGI.

Right now most of the ASA pilot can't stand SkyWest as a company. I would personally go to Endeavor, PSA, or Envoy before I would ever even think about submitting an application to SkyWest.
