Short course (no 2 moths in training, keep Travel DOH, pay , vac, ect.) and will slide into 10 year captain pay in under 1 year here.. But yes, just as good or better options out there.. Hate seeing a good group like the L-ASA guys getting screwed over like this...
Upgrades are still quicker at Endeavor. Plus the proposed pay rates year one at Endeavor is right around the same pay as Skywest year 10
