Hey there J.. straight and simple.. Scabs in aviation are people who cross the picket line when their airline is on strike, or take a job at an airline where there is a strike. It's nothing else. There are some who think the MD-11 that your dad and myself flew for the wages we did it for makes us scabs.. and in some ways I can understand their frustration when the airplane clearly should pay more than it did at Gemini, but the fact remains, a scab is not what ever people want to say he is.. it's what I said above.

Anyway, give your dad my best, and have him call me, I've got some interesting news to pass on!
