It’s really about timing and how senior you are in class. If you will have a choice or not. If you are at the bottom of the bus or on the front wave of a 190 hiring spree.

When you get to class ask how many more of each seat are going to be filled by new hires before the next system bid.

If they are going to fill 30-40 190 spots and only 10 Airbus I would highly recommend the 190 for the first two years. In all likelihood in this scenario you would out earn and out QOL your Airbus classmates until your AC lock expires.

If they are done filling most of the 190 vacancies pick the Airbus.

I can’t really speak to 320 reserve usage in BOS but as a junior reserve expect to become proficient at landing in Puerto Rico and the Dominican in the middle of the night.

The 190 gets put to bed by midnight. Something to be said for that.
