Scabs aren't hired, hence why they had to Scab to begin with. Otherwise, right on.
All scabs certainly are hired. They didn’t just show up in a cockpit. They had to be sourced by a managment that wanted them. Either via current pilots crossing a picket line, or hiring them off the street.
