In all seriousness - if you're interested in coming here, or any other major airline - learn to deal with and to filter through "crap" because that's life. Here and elsewhere.
Frankly, they should be reading it all because knowing the good, the bad and the ugly is how we keep our pilot force strong and united. We don't need a "I'll pretty much do anything and I'll do it for less" mindset. You get my point. There's a different application for that.
