This was a fact for many of us on property. Today's regional hiring market pays twice as good or better and covers most if not all costs incurred in training. The vast majority of people coming on property today have no idea how bad this industry for all regionals was just a few years ago. 25k or less as a new hire and I had to pay for my own living expenses in training. I still showed up. Guys with 2,000+ hours not even competitive a few years ago for a regional job, movement was slow like molasses. Wow, how times have changed...
