So if you are a new pilot what "dues" have they paid in your eyes? Flight school is only 1/4 of the battle.
1) Tens of thousands in flight training debt
2) Years of flight training, checkrides
3) Working second and third jobs, night shifts to help pay for training
4) Usually a bachelors degree.
5) Everything else. If you're a pilot, you know what it took.
Is that enough for you? I hope you aren't arguing that regional FOs make too much money.
