Short cuts I found on W&B: Don't fall into the trap of thinking you have to interpolate on the weird in between wts of pax, fuel, cargo - espec. on the 727 and 1900 problems.
All they are - are a decimal number times the station - Saves a lot of time - all the decimal multipliers are there in front of you -
But for a guy like me who just flys small stuff now - it is not as apparent till it clicks and you say those jerks - I can save a lot of time here.
(I am doing this from memory w/o the book in front of me I can be more specific if you message me.)
The test is long - I did the FEX 2 yrs ago and loved it - so I am cool with the 727 probs. (they take a lot of time to do -
But I had to take a leak real bad - 3rd to last Q - 727 W&B - no prob. 2nd to last Q W&B - I am like whoa I have to go! - final Q 727 W&B - just did it
I did the Dispatchers test too - I really enjoyed most of it and would someday like to teach a - how to take the IFR - FEX - ADX - ATP class.
The IFR has this major short cut to save time I love to teach.
